Delete your Core+ account
This permanently erases your account and everything in it. It cannot be undone, and it is not reversible by contacting support.
What gets deleted
- Your login and profile
- Every meal, photo and nutrition entry
- Workout plans, sessions, logged sets and fitness assessments
- Weight history, water intake and progress photos
- Streaks, achievements, challenges, friends and leaderboard entries
- Coach conversations and messages
What is not deleted here
- Your subscription. Billing is held by Apple or Google, not by us. Cancel it in the App Store or Play Store subscription settings, or you will continue to be charged.
- Anonymous usage counts that are not linked to you and cannot be traced back to you.
Still have the app installed? You can also delete your account from Account → Delete Account.
Your account has been deleted
Everything listed above has been erased. If you had a paid subscription, remember to cancel it in the App Store or Play Store — we cannot do that for you.
