Terms of Use

By downloading or using Core+ you agree to these terms. If you got Core+ from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If the two conflict, Apple's agreement wins for iOS users.

Subscriptions

• Core+ offers auto-renewing monthly and annual subscriptions. The price and length are shown on the purchase screen before you subscribe.
• If a free trial is offered, you are charged when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and length unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Health and safety

• Core+ provides general fitness and nutrition information. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose or treat any condition.
• Check with a doctor before starting a new exercise or diet programme, especially if you are pregnant, injured, or have a medical condition.
• Stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. You exercise at your own risk.
• Nutrition and calorie figures, including those estimated from food photos, are estimates and may be inaccurate.

Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your sign-in secure.
• Don't misuse the app, try to get around subscriptions, or interfere with the service.
• You can delete your account at any time. See the Privacy Policy.

The app

Core+ and its content are owned by Edward Granados and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. We may change, add or remove features. The app is provided "as is", and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.

Changes

We may update these terms. If you keep using Core+ after an update, the new terms apply.
